Hôm nay là ngày Trái Đất, trên HBO chiếu bộ phim "11 hours". Tựa đề muốn nói rằng nếu chúng ta giả sử lịch sử Trái Đất bắt đầu từ ngày 1/1 thì hiện chúng ta đang ở thời điểm 11 giờ của ngày 31/12. Thời gian xuất hiện của con người có thể nói là ngắn so với các loài khác nhưng chúng ta đã làm thay đổi môi trường sống rất nhiều. Trong đó có ý kiến cho rằng chúng ta đang xem thiên nhiên là tài sản nên tự cho mình quyền mua, bán, khai thác... nên đã gây ra nhiều tác hại. Bộ phim còn đề cập đến vấn đề "sống chậm", làm sao chúng ta có thể sống hài hòa với thiên nhiên hơn. Liệu chúng ta có thể sửa chữa được những sai lầm để thế hệ sau sống tốt hơn không nhỉ, đúng là việc này khá khó khăn vì đòi hỏi tất cả chúng ta đều phải hành động.
